The KMIZ Carbide Corn Bit Ø6.0 mm Extra Fine Cross Cut WL 14.0 mm is designed for precise professional processing of gel, acrylic, polygel and other artificial nail materials.

The combination of the corn shape, Ø6.0 mm diameter, extra fine cross cut and 14.0 mm working length provides especially smooth and controlled processing.

The extra fine cross cut is suitable for procedures where only a small amount of material needs to be removed. It is particularly useful for delicate correction, surface smoothing, refining transitions and preparing the material for the final finishing stage.

The corn shape provides a broad central working area and gradually tapers toward the end. This makes it convenient for smooth processing of larger surfaces while the narrower part allows more precise work on transitions.

The Ø6.0 mm diameter provides a stable working surface for controlled movements. The 14.0 mm working length offers a generous active zone for professional use.

Typical applications include:

  • fine correction of gel, acrylic and polygel;

  • surface smoothing;

  • refining transitions;

  • removal of small amounts of excess material;

  • refining artificial nail shape;

  • preparation for final finishing.

The extra fine cutting grade is not intended for intensive bulk removal. It is designed for gentle, precise and controlled processing of artificial materials.

Working speed, rotation direction and pressure should be selected according to the material, procedure and professional technique.

After every use, the instrument should be cleaned, disinfected and sterilized according to applicable professional hygiene requirements.
